Grant Application Terms & Conditions

  1. Grant applicants must reside or serve within the Huronia Community Foundation catchment area.
  2. All submissions have been received for 2018. Thank you!
  3. Grant applicants must be a charity or recognized community organization.
  4. Grants will be judged by an independent volunteer GRANT COMMITTEE and approved by the HCF Board of Directors. Applicants will be notified of their results.
  5. Grant applicants should review the current VITAL SIGNS REPORT. The report will be used as a reference by the GRANTS COMMITTEE to determine grant awards.  Download the Vital Signs 2016 report
  6. Successful applicants must submit a 500 word OUTCOMES STORY to HCF prior to applying again in the following year. Failure to comply will result in the decline of the new application. All stories become the property of HCF to be used for publication by HCF.
  7. HCF prefers a project or program based application. Funds must be used for that approved project or program.
