An Evening of Community, Impact & Conversation

We’ll begin with a brief Annual General Meeting featuring financial highlights, the introduction of new HCF Board members and recognition of outgoing Board members and volunteers.

We’ll also share progress on HCF’s Strategic Plan and how we continue to Transform, Inspire and Grow our impact across the region.

A special guest conversation will explore Philanthropy and Partnering to Support Affordable Housing, Social and Health Programs, offering insight into how philanthropy and community partnerships can work together to address complex local needs.

Meet Our Guest Speakers

Jennifer Foulds

Director of Engagement and Organizational Effectiveness, London Community Foundation

With more than two decades of experience in nonprofit communications and engagement, Jennifer brings donors, organizations and partners together to address complex social issues. She will share insights into collaborative approaches that strengthen organizations and create greater community impact.

Natasha Theumler

Executive Director, Indwell

Indwell creates affordable supportive housing for people seeking health, wellness and belonging. Natasha leads the organization’s work to expand housing opportunities and will share how supportive housing, community partnerships and long-term investment can create meaningful change for people experiencing housing insecurity.

Celebrating Seven Years of Leadership

The evening will also recognize Scott Warnock and his seven years as Executive Director of the Huronia Community Foundation.

We’ll celebrate Scott’s contributions to strengthening relationships with donors and local charities and helping grow the Foundation to $4.3 million in assets, creating an even stronger foundation for HCF’s next chapter.

Guests will also have an opportunity to meet incoming Executive Director Jessica Klug as she prepares to lead HCF forward.

See the Difference Your Support Makes

Thanks to the generosity of HCF donors and fund holders, more than $353,000 in grants was disbursed last year, supporting the work and impact of almost 65 local charities.

Come meet some of the people behind that work, connect with others who care about our community and discover how local philanthropy continues to make a difference across North Simcoe.
